Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation[]
Credits are seperated into local play (blue credits) and online play (yellow credits). Blue credits can be used to upgrade weapons or items in he campaign (permanently) or to unlock things in local multiplayer.
Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour[]
Credits can be used for in-game purchases in both single player and multiplayer in Zero Hour.
Modern Combat 5: Blackout[]
In Modern Combat 5: Blackout, Credits can be purchased in fixed amounts with real-world currency, as well as acquired by completing campaign missions, multiplayer matches, and Activities. Credits can be used for premium purchases, such as Supply Packs and Power User status, and weapon and armor rentals.
Players can also wager Credits against other players in Duel mode, with the winner of the match taking it all.
Credits were added to Modern Combat 5: Blackout in the Holiday Update, along with Diamond Dust.
