The R.C.F.-08 is a light machine gun sporting good accuracy, maximum armor penetration, and a very large magazine size - with a performance comparable to the Hauzzer 45. While it is unable to equip a grip to improve accuracy - its base accuracy statistic is among the highest of LMGs, surpassing that of low-tier LMGs such as the SODAW-74 even with the best grips attached.
The unique mechanic of the R.C.F.-08 allows its bullets to ricochet after hitting walls, a similar mechanic to that of the Dread Eye and the SPEC-38A, potentially allowing the player to unleash a deadly spray of bullets at foes around corners.
