The Sering 9 is the fifth shotgun to be unlocked for the Heavy class. It a powerful fully automatic shotgun capable of killing enemy in up to 2-3 blasts in close-quarters, and can kill with one headshot out to close-mid range against unarmored targets.
While it has one of the lowest damage outputs of all shotguns, its high rate of fire and reliable performance compensates for this. As with the DS-1310 and the VOID 6, the weapon has a much faster reload than pump-action shotguns, utilizing a drum magazine.
Overall, the Sering 9 is quite popular in multiplayer because of its reliability, with its high rate of fire, comfortable recoil, large magazine, and fast reload being effective for dispatching larger groups of enemies, as well as solo engagements, as almost nothing can dispatch a skilled Sering 9 user at close range. Players in higher leagues may prefer the Buckshot, however.

Trivia[]
- Originally the Sering 9's headshot damage was much lower, requiring up to 4 shots to the head to kill an opponent, however this was buffed in a patch by Gameloft.
- The weapon's rate of fire was nerfed in the Holiday Update.
