The Stabilizer is an item added in the Content Pack update for Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation. Similar to Paragon Striker in Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour, when equipped, this perk completely eliminates all movement speed penalties when aiming down sights, meaning that ADS (aiming down sights) speed would be the same as sidestepping speed. This perk is very useful for sniper rifles, as players can sidestep much faster when scoped, making them harder to hit.
