The US Light Utility Vehicle is a multipurpose utility and transport vehicle featured in Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation.

The LUV returns in Modern Combat 3 with a drastic design change. The overall shape is more box-like and the entire vehicle is longer, taller, and generally a more realistic size. The Humvee now sports a two-tone grey Urban camouflage paint scheme, as well as a yellow stripe down the doors, possibly for identification. The Turret now has a shield to protect the gunner from incoming fire, the cargo bed in the rear is smaller and covered with a square fabric covering, the doors appear to be thicker and armored, and the windows are a new, more triangular shape. This gives the Humvee an appearance of an armored vehicle, rather than the traditional soft-skinned appearance.

The Humvee appears occasionally in Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation's campaign. For the first time, the player does not ride in the Humvee. The Humvee is most notably seen in Operation Blockbuster and Blood Sand, where it can be seen being used as support for the American infantry.
